Laurence Griffiths is a multi-award winning photographer and videographer with over twenty years of experience in the industry. Starting his career in 1990 he moved to Allsport in 1998 and has been a staff photographer with Getty Images ever since. 

Laurence has covered many major sporting events, ranging from Olympic and Commonwealth Games, Ryder Cup Golf, Rugby World Cups, Wimbledon Tennis, FIFA World Cups in America, France, Japan, Germany, South Africa and Brazil. European Championships in England, Holland, Portugal, Austria, Switzerland , Ukraine and France. Laurence also worked closely with the England Cricket team which took him on tours to Australia, West Indies, Pakistan, India, South Africa and Zimbabwe.

In 2010 he won both the SJA Sports Photographer of the year award and Press Photographers Sports Folio of the year. In 2011 he had his first book published "From the Boundary's Edge", a celebration of village cricket which was nominated for the "Illustrated Book of the year" at the British Book Awards, other awards include …
